It has been a pleasure to work with you to sell my house.  That was a sentence I thought I’d never write, because my experiences with other Realtors has been mostly negative, especially in attempts to sell my house in Indian Wells. 
As you know, I tried three other times to sell the house.  Yes, it was a down market, but each realtor had assured me they would sell it.  I interviewed several Realtors each time, went with the suggested prices, and still nothing – all the while getting strong reviews from vacation renters who were actually staying in the house.  Some of the others had excellent marketing plans, but simply could not get a deal to close.

Being new to the process of purchasing a home in the U.S., we were more than a little overwhelmed with what we read. We did contact other realtors, but the ‘fit’ just didn’t seem right.
